Refund Policy
We want you to feel completely safe buying any of our guides. This page explains how refunds work for every product we sell on prosperpeak.online.
The general rule
Every guide comes with the guarantee shown on its own sales page. If you're not satisfied and you ask within that guarantee period, we'll refund your payment in full. You don't have to prove anything, and your request stays completely private.
Where to find your guarantee
Each guide's guarantee period, and any simple conditions that come with it, are stated clearly on that guide's sales page and repeated on its thank-you page. Those terms apply to your purchase.
Bonuses are included with the main guide, so they're covered by the same guarantee and aren't refunded separately.
How to request a refund
- Email plainworkpress@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund request" and the name of the guide you bought.
- Include the email address you used at checkout, and your Selar receipt or order number if you have it.
- That's all. You don't need to give a reason.
What happens next
- We'll reply to confirm your request, usually within 2 business days.
- Your refund is processed through Selar, back to the payment method you used.
- Once we've issued it, the time it takes to reach your account depends on your bank or card provider, and can take several business days.
- Because our guides are digital downloads, we kindly ask that you delete your copies of the guide and any bonuses after a refund.
Problems with your order
- You were charged twice: email us and we'll refund the duplicate payment.
- You can't access your download: email us and we'll send your files directly. If we can't fix it, we'll refund you.
After the guarantee period
Requests made after a product's guarantee period ends aren't covered, except for duplicate charges or a delivery problem we couldn't fix.
Please contact us first
If something isn't right, email us before raising a dispute with your bank. We'll sort it out quickly, and it's usually faster for you.
